I don’t know if this is an issue with DT or Sequoia, but I have noticed that the icons in my toolbar have moved from where I used to have them placed: they were left-aligned, and now they appear right-aligned, which is very uncomfortable with a large monitor (for instance, I used to have the “Create new” and “Move to trash” next to “Inbox”, and now I have to move the cursor all the way to the right to click on them). Customising the toolbar doesn’t solve this.

It’s an intentional change (to work around a Sequoia issue, from what I understand) rather than a UI bug, but yeah, I’m still getting used to it too.
I put 14 spaces in the toolbar to move everything to the left. Not ideal, but it helped.

I’ve also added spaces: 24 in my case.
After that, more spaces don’t move toolbar items to the left anymore, but they cause the search box at the far right to shrink
