Transition from WebDAV sync to something else

I previously had my databases on my MacBook and iPhone sync’ed via WebDAV. The sync used my QNAP NAS to keep the two devices in-sync. I just had smoke come from my NAS so I think I need to use a different approach. I may not replace my NAS as I only used it to sync my DT databases. What would be the best approach to setup a new sync? If I don’t what to pay for cloud storage then I believe my only option is Bonjour.
