one group for invoices and another one for warranty documents

I use this example exactly–but also receipts/invoices that also have tax implications get replicated into the correct tax year group.

Also, estate documents for my wife and me–I have separate groups for each of us with our respective documents (e.g., living will), but then replicate documents that are shared between us (e.g., trust documents).

Yeah, for me trash means trash, that isn’t how folk use the folders though, same on email programs. I think I have even heard “my trash got deleted, what can I do!!!?” I think the distinction being made with the strike through is just cool though I never need it, I don’t use replicants at all.
