I successfully synced 14k documents between DT3 and DTTG on my ipad&iPhone. Search works, but when I click on “Herunterladen” (Download) the file won’t load in DDTG. I only see the thumbnail. Screenshot video attached. What am I doing wrong? Same behaviour on iPhone and iPad.
What kind of sync are you using?
Are you indexing file on the Mac?
Have you done a File > Verify & Repair in DEVONthink to ensure you don’t have missing files?
In the sync location settings in preferences, I unchecked “Synchronise content of indexed items”. I believed that to mean I can do a full text search remotely but have to download items on my iPhone individually, correct?
The database is indexed.
Verify and Repair didn’t bring up any issues.

Correct but it’s impossible since you disabled synchronizing the contents. The contents are not available in the sync location so there’s nothing to download. You need to enable syncing the indexed contents to use DEVONthink To Go.
