When I change my password to regain access to the forum, I loose my access to the app part of the site.
With two passwords on the same domain name, I may not be the only one with this problem.
First, on trying to log on the app site, with my email : “The entered credentials are not valid.”
When I tried to reset my password on the app side, after clicking on the link sent to may email : “An error occured when loading the profile.”
Which browser and version of macOS do you use? Do you use a third-party extension that handles your passwords?
I tried with Safari and Chrome.

I regain access omitting the use of Mots de passe, the app from the system to remember the passwords.
You can label the passwords in your app so that you know which one is for your billing account and which one is for the forum.
I also have mine set up so that discourse.devontechnologies.com is the URL that prompts the forum login.
I finally solved the problem by having the same password with the two sites ! An evident solution that was not easy to do if I kept the automated « strong password » suggestion. Bypassing the suggestions, I added the same password.
