two questions

1. is there a way to put the Search field into the main browser toolbar, like the Google field in Safari, so searching doesn’t have to open a new window?

2. there’s no View menu, and so no Customize Toolbar… command. how do i customize the toolbar?

You can’t add a search field but you can use the address bar to search, e.g. type “google mySearchTerm” (without quotes) and press return.

The toolbar is static right now.
