Unable to complete Bonjour sync between iPad and iPhone

It was a long time ago, but I remember that the problem was I didn’t realize that I had an instance of the previous version of DEVONthink running. Once I closed it, the sync worked. My workflow has changed slightly since then, but I still use Bonjour to sync my databases between my iPhone, iPad, and Mac, and it has been extremely reliable.

That support ticket was unresponded to as of March 11th.

Thanks for your super quick answer! Here is the recommendation from support team, that I did follow:
When you get the iPad, you’d sync it via Bonjour with the Mac. Use Download Files: Always .
After the databases are on the iPad, disable the sync location to the Mac.
Go into DEVONthink To Go’s Settings > Bonjour , enter a mandatory password, and enable Bonjour. It is now acting as a Bonjour server.
On the iPhone, disable the Mac sync location.
Tap the Edit link and tap the iPad to add it as a sync location. Enter the password, set your options, and save the location. When it connects, tap it and enable databases to sync.

Once done, I see all databases on the iPhone, but with the message : “not yet synchronized”. There is an empty circle on the sync icon of the tool bar.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Look at the DEVONthink Manual and/or the linked post I gave you and repeat again the steps, exactly. Seems like you might be missing the last step. And I asked other pertinent questions.
