I have a “tag” in the global in box that I can’t move or get rid of. Also I have an “Inbox” in the trash that I also can’t delete or move. Both items are empty. I created at example database in the global inbox by accident and now can’t get rid of these two empty items. Is this how it suppose to work? The Inbox icon looks like a trash can made of wire.
Followed support suggestions, deleting a file or two in application support for Devonthink. I deleted the inbox after closing DT Pro office but it was recreated as before with the empty tag.
But this is ok, once I close all databases I am left with only one empty tag, not really an issue.
