I was in the middle of drawing a circle on a JPEG image via the editing bar’s tool when DEVONthink crashed. Upon going back into DT and the file, a circle is there on the image and I can’t figure out how to remove it. Any assistance is appreciated.
Unfortunately, the markup on images is permanent when the document closes, as happened when DEVONthink crashed.
In DEVONthink, hold the Option key and select Help > Report Bug so we can determine why it crashed and get information about the environment.
Do you use DEVONthink 4 and its versioning?
No, I was not using it. Thank you for the reminder of this feature.
