I’m trying to upgrade to DT4 with a DT 3 licence. I can add the licence to my basket (i.e. I can see it as one item added to the icon), but then the basket doesn’t load.
I’ve tried changing the account password, using an alternate browser (chrome), clearing all the history and data caches for the browser (safari), restarting multiple times.
I’m on Sequoia 15.6.
