I tried the demo version of DevonAgent and uninstalled it using AppZapper. However, selecting a PDF in mail and right clicking shows an entry for search with DevonAgent. How do I completely remove DevonAgent?

There’s a contextual menu plugin at ~/Library/Contextual Menu Items/.
There’s a DEVONagent folder at ~/Library/Application Support/.
