Upgraded to Office Pro and one database transfered easily. Another didn’t. How do I move it from Pro to Office Pro?

Assuming that you were using the 2.x version of Pro-there is no database conversion when upgrading from Pro to Pro Office. The database format is the same, and databases are interchangeable between Pro and Pro Office. Just select 'File>Open Database… and navigate to the database that you are wanting to open.
