I upgraded today from Devonthink 1.x to the Devon Pro Office plus Agent bundle. When I use Agent, it sends links to my old Devon. Where can I change this setting, so that it defaults to the new program instead?

Actually, I’m noticing a similar problem with the bookmarklet in Safari: it wants to clip to my old Devonthink. It opens that program and makes a noise like it cannot execute it, and nothing ends up clipped.
Please deinstall the old version as usage of multiple instances (different versions/editions) is not recommended and can cause troubles like the experienced ones. Afterwards log out and in again or restart the computer to update Mac OS X’s services etc.
