Hello,

I’ve tried the method listed in the user manual, as well as a different method I found on MacStories, but I can’t seem to get a working URL for adding a note to a specific DT Group in DTTG.

The manual suggested removing the long alphanumeric string after copying an item link, but everything after the slashes is a long alphanumeric string. I tried just removing the bit after the last hyphen, but that didn’t work either.

What’s the proper way to get the URL to a specific Group?

You don’t remove the string. You remove the x-devonthink-item:// and use the string.
