Usage for the Script document type in DT

I am curious. How are people making use of the Script document type within DevonThink? To be specific, I’m referring to the document you get from the menu command: Data -> New -> Script.

I imagine you can select the script text and invoke it through the Scripts menu (Execute -> Applescript). If you have a lot of scripts perhaps organizing them in DT might have some advantage. But without script compiling within DT itself, I don’t understand the overall value. I feel I must be missing something.

Thanks for the tip, I didn’t realize there was a separate document type for scripts.

I have a folder of scripting advice snipped from the web as well as UNIX scripts and AppleScripts that I can copy/paste from for new scripts I write.
