Hi,
The verify and rebuild failed and so has the Database Archive.
I have tried several “Rebuild Database” functions but this not fixed the proble.
What is my next step to ensuring that Database Archives can be done successfully?

If you click Repair, the orphaned files should be put into an Orphaned group in the database. Missing files will be reported in Window > Log. You can right-click these results and Reveal or Move to Trash (but still requires emptying the trash to resolve the issue).

I deleted the trash as the orphaned file was there.
All is working well now!
