Version control for plain text documents ?

Hello,

I’m newly registered DT user, and am currently using it primarily to keep text clippings, notes and longer write-ups. I used to use simple text files edited with Emacs before, and one of the things that I really liked was the ability to use RCS or CVS to keep track of changes to documents. I’ve searched the forums and the manual, but don’t see anything that’ll let me do something similar in DT. Is there a facility I’ve missed by which I can keep track of the change history of a document ?

Not at this time. A workaround is to duplicate documents and add modification cues to the copy’s name. Once changes have been made, the modification date/time of the copy will reflect this.
