Want only one database on a remote iPad

I have a DT3 database of recipes on my Mac that I want to show on an iPad in the kitchen. The capacity of the device is too small for my entire set of databases so at some point it stops updating. How can I get that one instance of DTTG to carry just the one recipes database?

In the DTTG setup, you identify

  1. Your sync method
  2. The databases to be sync’d; a single database can be specified
