Hi, I’m using Safari 18.0 on MacOS 15.0. When Safari is in full-screen mode, the Format and Location menus cannot be opened. The options appear when Safari is not in full-screen mode.
I’m not seeing any issue with DEVONthink 3.9.7 clipping in Sequoia.
Does this persist after rebooting the Mac?
Yes, it persists after rebooting. I’m using the Safari extension. Working fine when Safari is a window, not working when Safari is full-screen.
Update: This behaviour occurs when Safari is in full-screen mode on a second screen. On the first screen, the clipper opens in a movable separate window. This isn’t the case on a second screen.
It is possible to use the keyboard shortcuts (⌘1 for Plain Text, ⌘2 for Rich Text etc.) providing one can remember them without seeing. The destination can’t be altered but placing everything in the Inbox isn’t the end of the world.
So it is possible to clip web content when Safari is in full-screen mode, but if this can be fixed, I’d be delighted.
