In this rapidly changing age I was wondering if anyone had developed a script or search which could check a website for additions or changes and generate an e-mail to me with the URL.
I work in healthcare & struggle to keep up with the ever-evolving advice sometimes.

A search set using the option to only return new results might be an option. Just add the desired URLs which should be checked to the Sites tab of the search set. However, as many web pages are dynamic these days this might return more item than desired.
