Hello, when I clip my web page from safari, it looks great in DT. But when I try to convert that page into a pdf, it doesn’t show the text. What am I missing?
Clip in which format? And what’s the URL of the page?
I use the DT web clipper, and it clipped a bookmark. For some reason, I cannot share a link in my posts. But it is frandickenson dot com.
When I open that page in my browser, it complains about a bunch of errors and misconfigurations. In addition, there are tons of warnings.
Also, the W3C’s HTML validator reports bugs and errors, and the CSS validation counts more than 3000 errors.
I wouldn’t bother with clipping that thing, much less converting it to anything, unless it has been fixed.

Please note that printing the page to PDF doesn’t print any fonts either (in Firefox, at least). Therefore, I doubt that you’re seeing a problem with DT clipping or conversion.
