Was using for several days and have all my data transferred over from SoHo notes. Then tried out the Safari widget and it asked me to purchase. After canceling, I am now no longer able to launch the app. Can’t do zilch. Tried to get a 30 day extension, but the splash screen is all greyed out… can’t click on anything. Tried writing an on-line help email to your support staff and am unable to click on the send enquiry button… both in Safari and in Firefox. Is your website as flakey as the software or what? Wish it worked. Thanks.
