What does it mean when words in the concordance list are greyed out?

The words have no occurrences outside the document or selection.

Another question I have, perhaps Jim @BLUEFROG will be able to answer it, is whether it is possible to sync the excluded words from the concordance. That is, to have words that I excluded in one machine to also appear (or better, not appear) as excluded in another machine.

This isn’t synchronized yet, it’s just an internal preference at the moment.
