New to DT4; transferring/organizing documents.
Why does this minus sign appear beside some, that are then all grouped together? ie what is it telling me. Also the flag. I understand me adding flags to things, but why is DT adding them automatically? TIA
Because you have a mix of flagged and unflagged items in the group so it’s in an indeterminate state.
Why did it flag one of them? Wha does the flag mean?

A flag is almost always manually assigned, but could possibly come from an automation or on importing certain file types. As far as what it means, that’s subjective. It means what you think it means, unless you’re working in a group that has an agreed upon meaning.
Thank you. I am not seeing the dash listed on the Iconology page. Further that page says it applies to “icons behind item names” and I am asking about icons appearing in front of the “Name” column.
