Set up a Sync store on iCloud or a Synology NAS drive with WebDAV or Dropbox - then install DT3 on each computer and sync to the same sync store.

AFAIK, iCloud (and perhaps Dropbox, too?) requires the same AppleID for every one syncing with it. So one would either have to set up a new, dummy one that both people share or use another sync method.
