Other than your version is well out of date, I have no idea and frankly, not important to me. I focus on using DEVONthink.

For what it’s worth, I just quit and re-launched DEVONthink and that appears to have fixed the issue. Not sure why that was necessary, but at least the “solution” was relatively straightforward.
