Where is my global inbox files ?

I backup everything by Time Machine on my old Mac(Devonthink pro 3). But now when I transfer dtbase2 file , and open it by Devonthink pro 4 , can’t find global inbox old files, it is empty.

when I check Time Machine , there is no [DEVONthink 3/ ] in [ ~/Library/Application Support/]. what can I do ? Thanks

The Library folder is hidden and has been for a long time.

1. In Time Machine, press Shift-Command-H to go to your home directory.
2. Then press Shift-Command-. to show hidden items. You can see the User Library then.

Your screenshot looks like /Library/Application Support (the system-wide one) rather than ~/Library/Application Support. The ~ is shorthand for your user directory, so /Users/<Username>/Library/Application Support.

I can enter my /library/application support/ in Time Machine , but where can I find old DEVONthink 3 inbox file in it ?

You are in the wrong location. You need to be in your user Library. Did you follow my instructions?

Shift + Command + “.” Thanks I found it , I didn’t see “.“

For Overwrite the old file, should I just move only the “inbox.dtBase2” , or all files in this folder to the new place of Devonthink 4 inbox ?
