Where is the orphaned file?

After several cycles of verifying and repairing the database one orphaned file remains. But where is it? Can I find the parent file of the orphaned file? Should I delete it?

Maybe backup the database (i.e., the .dtBase2 file) and use Tools > Rebuild Database… ?

Is anything logged to Windows > Log after trying to repair the database?

Just right- or control-click on the logged path and choose “Show In Finder” in the contextual menu, afterwards move the file e.g. to the deskop.
