Where is the tag view in DT3?

In DT2 I had a pane with all my tags listed in order to activate some sort of a tag cloud. Thats gone. Bug or feature!?

View > as Tags is not available in DEVONthink 3.

There is a Tags filter pane at the bottom of the Navigate sidebar.
This is covered in the built-in Help > Documentation > Windows > Sidebar: Filters.
