Where's my copy?

I see the item I entered in DTTG a few days ago. In DTTG. But it is not in DT. Why is that? How can I access it? I even tried clipping it to DT. No show.

have you set up syncing ? if so what type? Set up per instructions?

I think the problem is with Dropbox. I’m pursuing that

  • What is reported in DEVONthink’s Window > Log?
  • Is there a triangle on the sync icon in DEVONthink To Go’s bottom toolbar? If so, tap it. What is reported?
