Under categories I use DEVONThink as the first priority. There is an indication of how many items are used. Are these ALL DEVONThink items or the databases actually opened in DEVONThink PRO?
The number shown in Preferences > Category is the number of items inside databases which have the Spotlight index enabled (see File > Database Properties).
