Which files are indexed?

Some of my documents have been imported and some Indexed. How do I find out which ones have been indexed?

This has been discussed many times on the forums.

• See Appendix > Iconology in the built-in Help and manual.

• Do a toolbar search for item:indexed.

• Use the Tools > Filter > Info > File Location set to Indexed to dynamically filter the current location.

Indexed files have this little Finder icon next to the name in lists.

You can also make a smart group to find them.
