Who to call when DT Sales doesn't respond

I’ve written DT Sales twice about a licensing issue - after navigating the warren of links on the DT website looking for some way to contact customer service - and have received no response. So, who do we try next?

The main office has been closed while Eric was on vacation but is reopening June 7.

Annard and I have been answering most support queries, but some, especially license issues, require Eric’s attention.
