My license is set to expire on the 29th and I waited till the Black Friday discount today so I can renew it for another 3 years. I just purchased DT Pro last year on thanksgiving for the full amount before y’all rug pulled the license change right after and now I have to buy all over again. I’ve since made peace with that because Ineed this software and am in for the long haul. But now I’m ready to purchase the 3 year extension so I don’t have to think about paying again for 3 years and I see that instead of lowering the amount since yesterday you actually increased it!! Why do y’all keep doing this? If there is a resolution I’d be very grateful if you respond before the 29th when my license extension deadline thing runs out.
Sorry if I sound miffed but I am miffed. For someone making such great software I do wish y’all didn’t keep changing common sense customer pricing expectations like this since some of your customers like me still live in price-sensitive regions where these big and small difference matters.
