Using v1.9.11 and have just updated an M1 MBA to 12.0.1. XMenu is set in its prefs to show the Apps menu and the Documents menu, and the Apps menu works normally. The Documents menu has only two entries, ‘XMenu >’ at the top, and that lets me get to the prefs etc, and under that in greyed out text it says ‘None’. It’s as if my Documents folder were empty - it isn’t! I wondered if there might be an interaction with BarTender, but if I quit BarTender I have the same behaviour.

Does XMenu have Full Disk Access in System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy?
