DT 3.9.1 OCR/PDF conversion no longer works

My DTOCRHelper.app is still at 1.1.18, and it’s grayed-out in the “Install Add-Ons” pane—how did you manage to update it?

I’m also having some sort of OCR issue—but I don’t have ExactScan—and am wondering if updating it could help.

Do you use an Intel Mac? The versions for Intel and M1/M2 are not the same.
