Ran into this issue. The “Save Placemark” shortcut suddenly stopped working on my iPhone 16e, but still works on my iPad and old iPhone SE. I’d rather not re-install, as a sync takes more than a day. Any suggestions?
Did you try running it from Shortcuts?
Yes, same behaviour. Now solved: DTTG was creating Spotlight entries for more than a million documents. After this was finished the shortcut started working again. Does this make sense, or is it sheer coincidence?
How did you determine the number of documents? That would be an extraordinary number to be handled in DEVONthink To Go.
Hmm, actually, the number of items in the Info screen is a bit over a quarter of a million. But I’m pretty sure the “Creating Spotlight” counter indicated a much higher number. The term “Document” is probably incorrectly used above

Well, that makes a ton more sense.
PS: If you’re not using Spotlight to search for documents, you can disable it in DEVONthink To Go’s Settings.
