It is possible to export entire notebooks, but it doesn’t work exactly the way the Evernote Help article says. Here is the article: Export notebooks – Evernote Help & Learning. I’m using the latest Big Sur and the latest Evernote, and the instruction “right-click on a notebook and select Export Notebook” does not work. Instead, you must select the notebook and then click on the 3 dots at the top of the note list for that notebook. That’s where you find the Export Notebook access.
