DTPO crashes when showing some clipped webpages:

What can i do?
You might try to update the Flash plugin, the latest version seems to be 15.0.0.239. Otherwise the only workaround is probably to disable all plugins, see Preferences > Web.
Disabling Plugins is a good idea, i never like wheninside DTPO, web requests are going on.
I will do this.
Let me ask another question in relation to this:
When i clip to dtpo with the clip tool, i never know what is really saved locally, and what keeps on the web server.
This is why i used to “print” websites to PDF and put them in the database ratheer then clip them. But in this case, often , hyperlinks don’t work.
What do you you suggest? I want that hyperlinks work when computer is online, but i don’t want DTPO to load anything from the web when preview a clipped website.
Thank you
Only bookmarks, HTML pages and in some cases web archives (e.g. due to dynamic requests) load resources from the web, all other clipped formats (single page or printed PDF, formatted notes, plain/rich text) don’t access the web and links should still work.
My dear,
I have the same problem. Aggravated by the fact that I now only save web archives
I tried to update flash w/out success. I do not think the solution is not to access the web considering that DT does that all the time
What do you suggest ?
I’m afraid there is no solution for this. Flash is broken since ages (and I’m not talking about is integration in DT). Adobe will discontinue any support later this year, afaik.
So you might need to remove the reference to the Flash content from the document. Flash is dead and was for a long time.
