Thanks for the logs! The issue seems to be caused by the broken AppleScript support of Notes on Catalina, in case of subfolders this fails unfortunately. A screenshot of the preferences of Notes might be useful.

I did see that and disabled the function before posting. I’m still getting the same result; i.e., zero notes added.
