Sequoia 15.5 Apple email archive Devonthink Pro 3.9.11 stopped working

I have two Macs running Devonthink Pro 3.9.11. Over the years, I have archived my Apple email with Devonthink.. Both Macs can no longer archive email. Status message on lower left of import screen saying Devonthink importing email with sliding blue line going back & forth but import as well as archive never does any import and never finishes. Devonthink says all add-ins are installed.

I have looked at forum on a variety of mail issues but have not found a remedy that has worked.

Is there a thread you would recommend?

It’s in German though. What it says is that in DEVONthink 3.9.11 Mail import is broken and the previous version should be installed again for the time being. Christian provides the download link.

If 3.9.12 (or higher) is out already—I can’t say because I’m on a beta—then go for that one.

Yes, downgrade to 3.9.10 for the moment.
