This is kind of a followup to Smart rules can’t be saved or exported. It seems that smart rules are not synced, either. I have set up sync via iCloud and that works (of course) ok with the databases. However, smart rules don’t get synchronised. This may be a preference setting which I didn’t find, though.
In any case, having smart rules that work on incoming documents and having no way to make them work on every seat is a bit pointless, I think.
There will be such an option in the future (in case of teams this could be even dangerous)
Hi, is there a timeframe in which we can expect syncing of Smart rules?
An other thing that would be great is the ability to organise them in folders…
The next maintenance releases will more or less only fix bugs.
