Two quick questions to DT4 usage

I’ve also come across mentions of “detachable” panes in this forum, but I haven’t been able to find them in the app.

How is this detaching supposed to work in DT4? I dragged the popover with the mouse buttons and various modifier keys with no effect. Thanks for a tip.
