Unable to launch DTPO after problematic system shutdown

I am running the latest version of DTPO on macOS Sierra, also latest version.

My laptop was acting up so I attempted to shut down and had to manually shut it down. Since then, DTPO has never been able to launch. Fortunately I have an iMac as well but I really need to get this to work. Is there a safe mode or any thoughts about how to get it started again? I can send a problem report dump if need be.

Perfect, all sorted out now, thanks. As an FYI, I did try to search for previous answers but clearly I didn’t use the best search terms.
