DevonThink 3.9.11 Not importing email

I updated Devonthink to 3.9.11 yesterday, but I can no longer import emails. DEVONthink has full disk access. Could you please help? Thank you.

Please provide more information when reporting issues, e.g., what operating system you’re running, what is actually happening, what’s reported in Window > Log, etc.

Thank you for your reply. Nothing happens, nothing in the log. It just says import email, bottom left, but no tick next to emails to showing importing.

I have re-installed 3.9.6 and email importer works fine. So, likely to be the update.

I downgraded on dev advice and it worked for me.

My experience here, as well. I’ve taken it as a sign I should read my email instead of just archiving it - but it would be nice to see the feature start working again, too.

It will be addressed in the next maintenance release.
