Basic example - folder action script to import to specified DB + specified group + add specified tags

Hi,
I’m looking for a basic script that can do as described, so that I can customise further myself:

• script to be tied to actionable folder
• DB to be set per the script
• group to be set per the script

Purpose is to add this script to the Fujitsu scansnap’s folder templates. (This is all pre DT v3, running on High Sierra)

I found some pointer but that was old and points to a search result that does not work anymore. => Folder actions/folders for import to specific databases only

Folder actions not working after upgrade to Catalina (DT2)

Hi I have a folder action setup to import, scan/OCR and delete a file when placed into a particular folder. This worked flawlessly until I upgraded to Catalina last night. Now it doesn’t seem to pick up the fact that anything was dropped in the folder. No action is taken. Adding to the Import, OCR & Delete script

FWIW Here’s a modification of the Import, OCR & Delete script that Imports to the location of your choice (see the properties at the start) Runs OCR on PDFs and does a simple import on non-PDF documents Finally, you can test it by running from Script Editor as well.
